Modestly Raising Our Manpower Fair Value Estimate Despite Suboptimal First-Quarter Performance

Joshua Aguilar Senior Equity Analyst

Business Strategy and Outlook

| Joshua Aguilar |

We think Manpower will remain one of the largest global staffing firms in a highly fragmented industry. The company is one of only three diversified global recruitment providers alongside Adecco and Randstad. Each global player possesses about 5%-6% market share, which is substantially larger than the large regional and local players they compete with. Manpower services global contracts largely for multinational firms, in addition to small- and medium-size businesses through its local branch network.
